Tk Group is entering an exciting new decade of growth- exploring growth in investments, project development capability and growth across geographies. My dream is to build sustainable value for our investors while building our business base. In the next decade, TKGroup will focus on sustainability, talent and governance. We will focus on building our systems, developing our talent and ensuring accountability.

I am excited about what we are planning in real estate. Our projects are signature developments. Property is a long-term investment, and a customer's relationship with the developer is long-term. So service becomes very important, and our plan is to make the quality of our service a real differentiator on all our projects.

TK is a simple man from Manjeri, Kerala having Architectural and Quality Management experience in India and Saudi arabia. His potential to become an entrepreneur and took a visionary step into building the ethical business empire of TKGroup.
